CLIFFSIDE FITNESS began over 25 years ago, not as a business, but as one man\u2019s personal journey to rebuild his life. After surviving a life-threatening gunshot wound that severed his femoral artery, Cliff Brown was told he would walk with a permanent limp. Refusing to accept those limits, he committed himself to years of physical rehabilitation, combining resistance training, mobility work, corrective exercises, breathing techniques, and disciplined nutrition. But this journey was about more than just physical recovery. Cliff sought Elohim through prayer, fasting, study, and reflection, discovering that true wellness comes from the balance of body, mind, and spirit. What started as a personal path to healing soon became a mission: to help others rise above setbacks, rebuild confidence, and experience transformation that goes beyond appearance or strength alone.<\/span><\/p>\n
