Booking & Deposits
A booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received and a confirmation has been provided. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payments
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept approved payment methods discussed during booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the event date and preparation required. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancelled bookings. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
Event Requirements
Clients are responsible for providing a safe performance area with adequate space and access. Outdoor performances are subject to suitable weather conditions.
Delays
If the event starts late due to circumstances beyond our control, performance time may be adjusted accordingly to accommodate our schedule.
Liability
Stephen’s Balloon Creations and More is fully insured and committed to providing safe, professional entertainment. We are not responsible for damages resulting from unsafe conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
