Booking & Deposits<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received and a confirmation has been provided. Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>\n

Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept approved payment methods discussed during booking.<\/p>\n

Cancellations<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the event date and preparation required. Deposits may be non-refundable for cancelled bookings. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.<\/p>\n

Event Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Clients are responsible for providing a safe performance area with adequate space and access. Outdoor performances are subject to suitable weather conditions.<\/p>\n

Delays<\/strong><\/h3>\n

If the event starts late due to circumstances beyond our control, performance time may be adjusted accordingly to accommodate our schedule.<\/p>\n

Stephen’s Balloon Creations and More is fully insured and committed to providing safe, professional entertainment.
